New York Summers! Can they be brutal or what? Don't misunderstand, I love summer. Hate winter. But the humidity in NY during the summer is totally outta control. And not just that but the inconsistencies in weather patterns can drive anyone nuts. We have had 13 days that were over 90 degrees, even broke the record recently when it went up to 103 in Central Park. Speaking of Central Park, I haven't been there in ages. Gotta go!

Anyway, there are only four days left until the end of the Sweetest Kitchen's Mystery Cupcake contest deadline. So, you know what I'll be doing this weekend!  Baking, baking, baking. The star ingredient is tea that's right, TEA!  I've been doing my research and I have the perfect recipe..It cotains vanilla, chai and cinnamon..wait for it on Monday's blog update.
