Happy National Vanilla Cupcake Day!!

According to the National Food Holidays list I keep handy, today is National Vanilla Cupcake Day.

Amazing, until recently, I wasn't aware of these holidays. Now, that I'm into super baking mode, they pop up everywhere.  Unfortuntely, today I'm unable to bake cupcakes to commemorate the occasion. But I did find some beautiful cupcakes pics on Flickr, that I would love to share.
